Iceberg Pie

It is official! Dried mangoes are a revelation! I have had them before but had forgotten just how much I loved them...seriously you need to quickly scuttle over to your local grocer and pick up some of these delicious morsels of heaven.

As I was watching the film Waitress last night I realized how long it had been since I baked and it made me want to create something masterfully pretty and delicious.

Suffice it to say--you should definitely see this film. Witty, funny, random, and it has delicious looking pies that are sure to make you mad with hunger. I have made a promise to myself that when I go home this weekend I will bake AND take pictures to show you...yippee, I'm excited! Now if I could only to decide what to bake...
I was looking through my favorites on YouTube earlier and realized that I had some pretty old stuff on there--I know that a lot of people have seen this video but if you haven't you need to watch it immediately!
